“We remain committed to fully investigating any allegations of sexual misconduct and violations of the student code of conduct that we receive from students or any member of the community.” Phi Kappa Psi did not return requests for comment by NBC News. But she pledges to pursue all misconduct cases referred to campus authorities. “We cannot tolerate unsubstantiated attacks directed at individual students or student groups,” she writes. Under a list of “tank top ideas,” a member suggests printing a shirt that says, “We don’t drink during the day, we BLACK OUT.” Another member refers to sex with a 14-year-old girl. “Your parties suck, you have both a rape tunnel AND a rape attic (gotta choose one or the other),” one frat brother appears to say. The documents lay out numerous disturbing claims. Separately, a Swarthmore commission has been examining fraternity life on campus and is expected to make recommendations on May 3.
